Prices and spa hours are subject to change without notice. Please check in at The Spa reception desk 15 to 20 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow you to relax and set your mind to a peaceful and tranquil mood.
Please remember that each service is scheduled precisely and will end on time so that the next quest is not delayed. Arriving late may result in a shortened service. Cancellations, changes and reschedule requests must be made 24 hours prior to appointment time to avoid being charged in full.
All aspects of your treatment can be modified to your taste: amount of pressure, tight, music, temperature, and whether or not you choose to have a conversation or enjoy the treatment in silence. Conversation in the relaxation room and spa hallways should be kept at a low volume. Additional gratuities for superior service are always appreciated.
If you have any type of medical condition, be sure to mention it to your therapist. Certain treatments may not be advisable for you. It is advisable not to eat for at least an hour before a treatment. We recommend that you avoid the consumption of alcohol and drink plenty of water on the day of services. If you prefer either a male or female therapist, please let the Spa Desk Agent know at the time of booking. We provide robe and sandals at The Spa. Treatment protocol allows modest draping throughout your services; however, for your comfort and privacy, you may wear a bathing suit or undergarment.
