Went there to do breath work for the first time, didn't know if i would connect with it or not. I had an amazing first experience with Stacy who was also doing reiki as i was going through the process. It was an awesome experience and will be doing more sessions in the future. All day yesterday I had a weird foggy feeling in my brain, after one hour of sound therapy tuning forks, chakra bowls, bells, etc I left the office feeling so so good! Thank you Stacey. My most recent session was with Michelle for a mediumship reading.
